Díaz Ordaz Pte. 194 Santa María, Nuevo León, es una empresa que se desarrolla actividades en los siguientes rubros industriales, minería, Siderúrgica, Metalúrgica, Cementera, Petroquímica, Química, Automotriz, Servicios, Generación de Energía, Farmacéutica, Aeroespacial, Alimentos y Bebidas, Textil y Manufactura, así como los servicios de consultoría, desarrollo intelectual y educación, así mismo dicha empresa tiene como objetivo comercial, la capacitación , y asesoría en temas de mantenimiento y monitoreo de condición, en distintas áreas, así como la venta de materiales didácticos y desarrollo de propiedad intelectual en el mismo ámbito, además somos los organizadores de tres congresos de mantenimiento y confiabilidad: México, Perú y Chile por lo que dicha empresa ES RESPONSABLE DE RECABAR SUS DATOS PERSONALES, DEL USO QUE SE LE DÉ A LOS MISMOS Y DE SU PROTECCIÓN.
Se hace constar que su información personal será resguardada y protegida en los términos de Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares y la misma será utilizada para proveer los servicios y productos que ha solicitado a NORIA LATÍN AMÉRICA S.A. de C.V., así mismo dicha información es importante para darlo de alta en los registros de clientes de la empresa y para notificarle sobre nuevos servicios o productos que tengan relación con los ya contratados o adquiridos; comunicarle sobre cambios en los mismos; elaborar estudios y programas que son necesarios para estrategias de mercadotecnia dentro del rubro comercial; realizar evaluaciones periódicas de nuestros productos y servicios a efecto de mejorar la calidad de los mismos; evaluar la calidad del servicio que brindamos, y en general, para dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones que hemos contraído con usted, manifestando que la información que usted proporcione no calificará como datos personales sensibles, por lo anterior dichos datos NO SERÁN APORTADOS A TERCEROS or ningún motivo, ni serán manejados para efectos de divulgación, por lo que no habrá transferencia de datos de nuestra base a ninguna otra persona moral o física, refiriendo que a nuestra base de datos solo tiene acceso el personal de la empresa calificado para el manejo de los mismos y dicha información está protegida contra daño, pérdida, alteración, destrucción o el uso, acceso o tratamiento no autorizado de conformidad con el artículo 19 de la Ley en cita.

- Log and Usage Data.
